Post-construction Explained

Preparing for the handover. Even if you have decided to manage the construction yourself having a third party look over and make sure all the finishing touches are complete before you make the final payment can be very reassuring

Snagging, checking the work that has been done against what was originally agreed in the specification.
Workmanship assessment, check workmanship meets industry standards and is free from defects.
Functionality and operational tests. Windows, doors, sockets appliances etc.
Ensuring all warranties and final sign offs take place
Agreeing a timeline for the final works to be completed.

Pricing is specific to each project and requires information from step 1 & 2 to be accurate, typically costs are between £500 - £1000 depending on the number of visits required.
