Preconstruction Explained
The importance of this step can't be underestimated, the more preparation we can do before the project gets started the smoother the construction phase will run. This phase typically consists of the following process.

Consultation, it all starts with an in-depth meeting where we really get to know and understand the vision of what you want to create.

Finding and appointing the appropriate professionals (If you don't already have them) such as architect, structural engineer, planning consultant, Interior designer etc.

Creating the design and the finishing specification.

Establishing timelines for the works, key milestones and budget requirements.

Final review and sign off of the design, specification and the programme.

Creating and issuing tender documents for builders and contractors to quote against.
